Does anyone know if you can still go through surgery if you happen to come down with an illness like Strep throat?

My date is 3/18 and I'm like you...Yikes!!! I think I know how you feel and am hoping its normal to wonder if we are doing the right thing and can we really do this and still be excited all at the same time. A new life seems scary sometimes, but so much to look forward to. Good luck to you.

My surgery is Monday, the 8th, but I will tell you that I am going to follow the rules!!! I don't want to be sick and my NUT (nutritionist) told me that the very second you feel ANYTHING in your stomach, S.T.O.P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She said that the folks who were the sickest were waiting for that stuffed feeling. That is WAY too late and all that food has no where to go but back up.

Have you given them money?? Because, if you haven't, I would march right out and to a different doctor. They may do lots of them, but WE ARE PEOPLE and deserve some respect and that is NOT respectful. You are the customer! oooooooooooo that makes me so mad for you!!! :(
