march 17

ds time!!!! nervous, excitied, emotional. lol   as of 2morrow all protien n liquids..  let the fun begin.

I'm also 3/17. I bought a St. Patrick's day tshirt at Walmart today for my hospital stay :)

Congrats on your surgery... I am having mine done on the 18th and am too excited and just can't wait to get it over with.. Anxiety like crazy.. LOL I don't know the brand flavor ice, but I know that at walmart they have a variety of sugar free ice pops, that are like, tropical and regular. They are pretty good. It's like a yellow box. Not sure the name brand...

Girl. I'm with you on that anxiety thing. - just pray and give it to the Lord. I'm so emotional right now and I dnt know why.thnks for sf pop tip. Hubby is in walmart right now lol. Congrats to you and here's to new beginings.

I am having surgery March 17th as well in Hamilton, ON. On optifast for three weeks. on my last week.

how is the optifast? taste good?  mine is pretty good.  I was shocked that it didnt tasts bad. are u used to it?  congrats on the upcoming surgery. pray all goes well.

I  lucked out kind, sorta, cause i dont have to do the liquid diet, till 24 hours prior, but I am trying to do it... I eventually give into temptation about 5-6pm, but it beats eating all day...

To our surgery... hECK TO BEING ABLE TO SHOP AT EXPRESS AND NEW YORK AND COMPANY... GOOD BYE ASHLEY STEWARTS, LANE BRYANT, AND PLUS SIZES... LOL

I found sugar free firecracker (red/white/blue) popsicles at my normal grocery. Sorry you guys aren't having such luck.
