Pre-Op WOW moment

I was playing a game with my six year old where I was hiding a slinky around the living room and he was looking for it. I put it on my wrist like a bracelet knowing it would give him a laugh. Anyway, he was looking and looking and couldn't find it, so I said "notice anything different about me?" he said, "well, you're getting smaller, but what does that have to do with my slinky?"

I scooped him up in the biggest hug ever and covered him in kisses and tears. I have lost a little over 20 pounds in the last couple of months getting ready for surgery, but I honestly didn't know that anyone could tell. I'm so happy!

aren't children wonderful ! Good to be doing this to be healtier for your kids----I have 7 grandkids and they are 7 reasons why I'm doing this !! March 23rd can't get here quick enough !!
