What brand or dosage of B12 is everyone planning on taking after surgery?

My surgery is scheduled for March 3rd. Thanks.

I use the 500mcg sublingual dots.  They're cherry flavored, and very tasty.  I take one every evening with my multi-vitamin, and my biotin
