I had surgery Mar. 9 and I went back this past Monday. Don't worry, everything will be fine! Just remember to take your meals and plenty of water with you. I gave my boss the heads up that I will probably need to take it easy for a couple more weeks, but really, I have felt just fine. I took a nap when I got home the first couple of days, but didn't need one today or yesterday. I think it's going to get easier every day.

Good luck to you!

Lori

I got mine at bariatricadvantage.com. I put it in smoothies and sugar free pudding so far and it seemed good.

Good luck, I am going back on Tues and a little scared myself. I am sure it will be ok for us both.

I'm new, had surgery 3/9/09, so that's 16 days ago and I've only lost 5lbs.  I've lost a total of 14lbs if I count the week prior to surgery while I was on full liquids to prepare myself for the surgery.  I'm a little disappointed with my loss, but I'm following the proper guidelines - as hard as it is right now - so I'm sure it will come off.  I'm not exercising yet - I think my body just wants to hang on to this weight and I'm happy with 14lbs in almost 30 days.

I think its awesome how you're doing!  Great loss!

I just found out today that I'm approved!!! And my surgery is tomorrow. Everything was last minute and happened so quickly at the end, I'm a little shell shocked. But tomorrow is the Big Day! Wishing everyone the best!

I'm so sorry! Did you call your surgeon? I hate vomitting!

I am so sorry. I am having a bad experience also right now. I have this my pouch is full heavieness and it is not going away. I have vomited 2 times last night and 2 times today and it is still there. My back hurts and I am using gas strips thinking it might be gas. I am wondering if I have a blockage.
