I have a 3 months supply that I would like to sell for $20 plus shipping. It is from Celebrate Vitamins and it is hot cocoa flavored.
PM me if interested.

Topic: RE: Egg Salad?
I can't have pureed foods for a few more days, but when I do I plan on having egg salad, I'm definitely going to try the cottage cheese idea, anything to add protein since I'm not getting nearly enough!  I'm willing to give it a try!  Thanks for the idea.

I've never heard of Rita's either, but it sounds good.

Topic: RE: 8 days out- are you driving?
I've been driving since about a week out, as soon as I was not taking pain meds anymore.  I'm still painful but the meds taste so horrid I stopped them and now the pain is getting a lot better, just a bit sore now.  I haven't had trouble driving, but my husband has been driving when we are together.

I had my surgery on the 17th as well.  The first week I was only down 4 pounds, think my body was still getting rid of all the IV fluids, then yesterday I weighed and had dropped an amazing 8 more pounds, so I am down 12 total since surgery, so 14 doesn't sound like too much.  I'm just dreading the stall that's bound to be coming in a week or two.  ;)

Topic: RE: March 17 (St. Paddy's Day) was my surgery....anyone else??
My date was also the 17th.  I am on full liquid until Tuesday (two weeks out from surgery) and then progress to pureed for two weeks, then soft foods for two weeks and then onto regular foods at 6 weeks out.  I was doing well with my protein at first but the last few days I haven't done so good.  I will be glad to be on regular food and getting some of my protein in that way instead of just shakes!

Topic: RE: Energy Levels
My surgery was Mar 2 and I still don't have any energy. I get the laundry done and that is about it. My husband, mom and kids are doing the chores around the house. I just feel whooped.
