So I found out yesterday that my surgery date is March 20th!!! I'm so excited I can't wait for it to be here and be done!!! Good luck to all those having surgery before me! We will all be success stories I can feel it!!!

I have a date for 03/03/09! I'm so excited. I was approved very quickly. I have to do a preop diet to help shrink my liver. It's not fun, but is doable. I wish you guys the best of luck!

So march 16th is my big day at ellis hospital in schenectady, ny... im very nervous but ready to start my new life.

I believe you all the way...I have been wanting this since 2000 when my 2nd daughter was born an I started the whole process in december. The most amazing thing is that you know people that have done it and doing great!!!! I was going to do the lapband and I don't think it would work form me, plus I have researched alot and alot of then get the lap band revised to an RNY.

Your not going to believe me but I have wanted this for the past 6 years. But I made up my mind last year in September. And I am so happy I did start the whole process. And I actually did because recently people that I know got the surgery, and had great results.
