They had March 11 and March 13 available, and am very happy that they scheduled me for March 11 as March 13 is Friday the 13th. I am not in the least bit superstitious, but hell no! I am not taking ANY chances.

Thanks for all your replies. I think I understand what the liver shrink diet is now. What I was looking for was the name of one of the protein shakes used as part of the liver shrink diet. I'll check on getting some Optifast.
