My surgery is March 9th and I think I will be in the same boat as you :-) From what I've read on here it's not biggie and the nurses will take care of you and it is very common.

I just found out this week my surgery will be March 2. I am going to my doctors on the 24 to sign consent. I was doing fine until it finally sank in that this is it. Now, I'm scared. Anyone else getting nervous?

thank you for being my support system I really need it right now I feel really good about the surgery to I have praied and god has given me a peace that makes me feel everything is going to go great and I am so sad you will be going to mexico by your self that makes sad I will be here for you and after we can have a party tgether

I haven't checked the March board in a few days...WOW, lots of new surgery dates!!
Congratulations to everyone !

March is just around the corner!!!!! My surgery date is March 9th and I started my 2 week liquid diet today It's starting to feel real now!!!! And so far (knock on wood) the shakes arent' that bad. My surgeon has us drink 3 shakes, a soup, and a fiber drink each day. No food. I guess I can have SF popsickles or SF Jello.

Anyways, just wanted to say HI and tell everyone I am getting really excited for March to get here!

Hey Tony - Congratulations!! March 4th is a great day...that is my birthday :-) And March 9th is my surgery day!! They asked me if I wanted march 4th but I couldn't b/c of work committments, so I took 3/9 instead.
