Hey Everybody,

This is my first post.  Yea for Me!  My surgery date is also 3-9-09.  I am nervous as to be expected.  On Friday, I received alittle disturbing news.  My pre-op EKG, by the way was my first one ever, was abnormal.  So now I have to see a Cardiologist before I can have my surgery.  But I am trying to remain upbeat.  I ask for your thoughts and prayers and I will keep you guys in my prayers as well.  By the way, I am having the VSG.  How do you add all the fancy stuff to your page?

Tomorrow is the big day for me and a few others of us. I am so excited to get this done. I am a tad bit nervous but not to bad. More anxious than anything else. I am so ready for a healthy life. I am all packed and ready to go in the morning. Not taking too much since I will just be there one night.
Sudsie will be posting an update to the board for me to let you all know how my surgery goes. I am praying for all of us Marchers and especially for Mar 2. God's best everyone.

Me too! My date is MARCH 2ND and I am so thrilled but scared at the same time that some insurance company will stop it all.
I have this biting fear that I will get there, get hooked up and then a phone call will come that says, stop we need more things.

But all that aside
I am thrilled to have a new start at life, a second chance. A lot of Holy people from the other side have been helping this to happen. Its a religious experience for me. I keep praying that its real and all will go well for me.

I will be praying for each and every one of you too!

hi all my new surgery date is march 20th 2009 in grand rapidas mi  my plans right now are to go ahead with the surgery  but there is that out side chance  i may call it off   if i cant get over this fear  of having the surgery   take care all  i will keep you posted  on my plans  joe d from  michigan
