My surgery is today at 9:30a.m. We have about ten inches and are expecting 2-4 more. Our car isn't great in the snow, so I called a cab-- I just hope he shows up. The snow also means my husband won't be coming with me because the babysitter cancelled, so he has to stay home with our two year old. Going it alone... I'm nervous enough, I didn't need this.

My date is 3/6
I am on day 3 of my all liquid per opt diet. Day one and two were hard but today was just bad. I cried at least 3 times today I think I hit the wall everyone was telling me about. I am trying some hard to follow Dr Cahill’s order I just want something. My stomach hurts and my body just feels uncomfortable. I just need something to make it till Friday. Is there anyone with advice for me.

My surgery date is March 23 so I do not start mine until the 9th. I am so excited that I can not stand it!! I can not have anything but the WONDERFUL (ughhh) optifast shakes and clear liquids. I am scared but know that I want this so bad that I will get through it.

I have to laugh. It's all I can do. After all the stuff I went through deciding to go ahead with my surgery with my husband being gone, now we have our first major snowstorm. I am stressing out about getting to the hospital tomorrow. I'm supposed to be there by 11 am. So I guess I'll leave extra early. How are those of you in the same situation handling the weather tomorrow?

Just got scheduled Friday for the 24th!! wooHoo I've regained nearly 30 lbs in the past 6 months since my band eroded. I can't wait to get back to the losers bench.!
