Hi all! I'm just online today as I'm sore and in some pain. My surgery was Monday and it went well. I was released Wednesday and I'm trying REALLY hard to get back to normal. I have a lot of bloating and gas, for me, that's the worst. I am not nauseous, (thank God), and I have been able to drink my water and my protein shakes and I had some cream of wheat this morning. Albeit literally 2 bites. Is anyone else feeling a little emotional? I've been crying a lot which is very unusual for me. Hope everyone is recovering well and I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you who have surgery coming up. We really need to support one another!

Hi there! My surgery went well. It was uneventful and I am doing well. I don't have any nausea and just a little discomfort at this point.

Congratulations!!  I am March 17th as well, and yes, it is coming up very fast!!  Just a week and a half left!

Hi all,

I just talked to Emily, they have taken the IV out and are going to see if she can keep herself hydrated.  They have also done an x-ray and Dr. says her lungs are looking better.  In fact she may be able to go home tomorrow.
