Good luck to you too! I will say a prayer for you as well! Isn't it exciting? I actually was writing in a journal this morning and had the revelation of how much time I have spent in my life just "thinking about" losing weight, or reading a new "diet" book. So much mental clutter!
I can't wait to start this new way of life. I know you can't either! More power to us!

It has been easier than what I thought. The only thing giving me problems is this stupid JP tube they left in which I get removed on Tuesday. Other than the pain from that no pain at all.

whew, hey pretty. Just got finished drinking that stuff. Not to bad. Congrats on our upcoming surgery. I can not say the same, me and cousin did the last supper all weekend. Still have some things in the house however I feel like you now Im ready to live. See ya tommorrow on the runway, C

I haven't told very many people myself. Just a choice few who are close. I just feel like this was a personal decision for me and don't feel like it's anyone's business. I know I'll lose weight at a slow rate, so I can say it's from diet change and exercise if asked. But, I've lost/gained so many times, I doubt people will ask

Hi everyone!
My surgery is scheduled for Monday, March 9th. Only two days away! I am psyched! Seriously, I have never been so happy in my life! I wanted this for awhile (about 2 years, been considering it for three). I am so thankful my insurance has approved it without a problem. Too boot, I got the call from the hospital yesterday, and I have to be there for 11:30. (Surgery scheduled for early in the afternoon.) I'm so glad since the hospital is 45 minutes away. I was so sure I'd get stuck with like an 8 am surgery and need to leave the house at 5 am lol.
Tomorrow have to do the colon cleaning, but it doesn't seem that bad. Only sugar-free liquids. I had a last dinner out on Friday, with my family, however I didn't order anything huge. I feel I've come to the point that I've eaten enough sweets and stuff for a life time, and it's just time to start eating healthy, getting healthy, and living life to the fullest!
