My husband will be having the DS on 3/13 with Dr. Husted in Somerset, KY. Anyone who would like to send good wishes would be appreciated. I had the RNY last May with a different doctor and am doing great myself. I'd like for him to get lots of support and prayers for those of you who believe in that. Thanks.

Topic: March 18th Surgery Date

The insurance/doctor finally agreed on a date and hospital for my revision. I will be having my Realize Band Removed on Wednesday, March 18th and having the Gastric Sleeve done.

Anyone have any experience to share about the Gastric Sleeve surgery or wanna be each other's support group through the weightloss journey?

Good choice you made! I am having my revision from the Lapband to the Gastric Sleeve on March 18th! We should keep in touch since our surgery dates are so close! Good luck.
