stalled.
i just hit 7 months post op.
anybody else stalled?
i know i need to be more consistant with my protein intake. and plan my days better. i usually get atleast 60 grams BUT some days are like 120 ,etc, etc and i heard its not good to keep going back and forth with intake and its better to be consistant.
and i shoudlnt be complaining because im still losing inches.
but im just frustrated because my body has been playing with the same 3-4 pounds for the past few weeks.
sad face.

I saw in a previous post that you only eat 800 calories a day. Try eating more, more often. I get anywhere from 1200-1400 cals per day and I am still consistently losing at least 2 pounds per week.I also use the daily plate to track my food. I update it several times a day so that I don't forget what I have eaten. I also drink, drink, drink, all day long.
I am also stalled for about 5-6 weeks now. Dietician said I should be eating 5-6 oz per meal and about 900-1000 calories a day. They wanted me to decrease my protein to 65 gm a day, but I still eat closer to 100 gm a day. I take all my supplements, drink all my fluids, eat about 900 calories a day.
I exercise 5-6 days a week. I am so frustrated with this stall. My weight loss has been rather slow anyway. I am still losing inches, but I want to see the scale go down too.
I guess I will just keep on keeping on.
