It's Mid July - what is your average calorie in take?
I've only recently started tracking my food on the Daily Plate ( I know, I should have been doing this). I haven't been getting above 600 calories. It's more like 500. Is this bad? Where are we supposed to be at this point? Maybe I need to call my NUT.....

I have had a few days were I have gotten in the 900 calorie range. Right now I am only walking two miles everyday. I will be doing more soon and may need to up the calories a bit if I start feeling hungary.
How has the weight loss been going? I go like a week with the scale not moving and then all of the sudden I will be down a couple of pounds. I think I am going to try and only weigh myself once per week. I was weighing everyday.
