Anyone still feel hungry
I am perplexed. I feel hungry around the afternoon and don't want to eat but I find my old patterns want to rear there head and sabotage me. I wish someone would have told me that the feeling of not being hungry would go away and be replaced by a new monster.... REALITY check. I find it almost like being back on a diet rather then a journey.....
But I still like the way I feel and walk and move and look and look and look. I do hate putting on clothes that did not fit before and now Even those are getting to big. AND THEY WERE THE ONES I COULD NOT WAIT TO FIT INTO. If this is what is happening at 60 pound loss how am I ever going to handle 100 I guess if all goes well for my birthday I would have to ponder that question I will be living it

Lost 25 pounds pre-op
You might try a more dense protein like steak if you can tolerate. I feel like it sits heavier in my stomach and I feel fuller longer. Also, I find if I continue drinking fluids through the day I dont get as hungry. I am still drinking two protein shakes a day and those also tend to make me feel full. Just some things you might try.
More protein is a good idea. And more fluids - I have often mistaken thirst for hunger.
You may not be eating often enough, or getting enough protein to fuel your body. I find that eating something every 3 hours works for me. Even if it's just a few nuts, a piece of fruit, or a bit of yogurt keeps the "head hunger" at bay.
Good luck!
