Anyone hit a stall yet?

I had RNY on 3/25 and am currently at a stall for almost 2 weeks. I am getting worried. Is this all I am going to lose. How is it possible to eat no more than 800 calories a day and not lose weight? To maintain this weight I would have to eat 2500 calories per day. What is up?? Any other Marchers having this problem?

BTW- I am getting 80-100g of protein, all my water, exercise, etc.

It's common to go through periods where you don't lose weight along this journey, your body needs some time to readjust, it sucks but it happens.  You're lucky this is the first one you've had.  I lost 18 pounds in the first two weeks, then nothing for almost two weeks, have had a few other weeks in there where I lost nothing or even some where I was up a pound the next week (I only weigh once a week).  Just hang in there, it will start up again.

I go through a stall every 3 weeks. That's been my pattern. I would try not to worry. It will start up again!

Hahaha i was looking here to see if anyone else has had a stall.. I have been skirting around 60 pounds lost (25 pre-op) and can not seem to get below that ...Well I am on some mornings then the next day it is up 3 pounds.     I must admit I do weight myself at least 2 a day ..it actually helps keep me honest.   I have started logging my food again... and that seems to at least let me feel like I am in control..     Lets hope it keeps coming off.   I like the new sexy me and can not weight to get this damn umbilical hernia removed.  I feel like I am pregnant it is so big some times.

I am the queen of stalls.  I had surgery on 3/18/09 and lost 20 lbs right away.  Since then a grand total of about 10 lbs.  Many stalls.  So, I am just weighing once a week now.  Trying to think of other things besides the scale, like clothes fitting so much better.  Don't worry - it will come off.  :o)

Yup, I'm stalled for 2 weeks now!  It's driving me crazy even tho I understand it!  I feel so FAT!  Like as if I was the size on surgery day!  I can't wait for the dang scale to budge!!!!!!  My dr. told me during stalls to double protein, double the water and double the exercise!  That's hard to do tho!!  Good luck Marchers!!!
