Luck o' the Irish for me on the 17th

I'm all set to go. Surgery scheduled, insurance approved!! And now I am starting to get scared. When I started this journey it seemed so far away. Now it seems like it is right around the corner. I am excited for the end result, but scared about possible complications. Hopefully all goes well and my life will change for the better.

Congratulations on your date!  I'm also having my surgery on March 17th, but lap RNY.  I definitely think the luck of the Irish has to be on our side that day.  ;)  Hope you have an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery!  I think excitement and nerves all in one is pretty normal!
