I have gone to the Barix Clinic in ypsilanti and I have been told that I am a candidate for gastric bypass. I am very very excited about this however Im concerned with OHIP denying my request for the surgery. Can anyone help me with filling out the paper work to ensure things will work out....

March 6 and I am sooooo not ready to leave work tomorrow.
I teach and am going a little crazy turning things over to an amazing student teacher and my asistant coach, but am thankful that they are very capable and I can have surgery and recover without worrying about work.
