Topic: Very first WOW moment!
Well I have to say I am completely EXCITED about my very first wow moment. I went to the mall this weekend, to spend some of that birthday money I received and happened to walk into the GAP on my way to Lane Bryant, to look for something for my friend whose birthday is today. So as I started looking through the racks I see this adorable little black dress... and cant help notice that they have it in an XL. I was keeping in mind that an XL at the GAP was = to a size 14 which I am NOT. But I decided to get it anyway as a GOAL DRESS. So I go home and slip it on and IT FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it... this will go down as one of the best days EVER! Thought I would share that with you and hope you encounter a wow moment sometime soon! I have to say.. I am well on my way to achieving my second goal of LOVING THE SKIN I'M IN!!! Love... Me

I have found EAS Carb Control at Target, at Sam's (by the case) and I have seen it in grocery stores. I may have seen it in Walgreen's also. I sugges****ching the price, as the grocery stores where almost double in price. I just bought a case today and it was $27.74 + tax. I drink the chocolate fudge, but they also have french vanilla. A fellow WLSer gave me samples in a care package presurgery. Good Luck searching for it. Jennifer

I am also 2 months out (3/18), I have lost 52 lbs. I am doing great, just got rid of all my pre-op clothes this week. They were literally falling off me. AND, I now have 1 chin! Talk about a wow moment!

Sorry, I haven't tried any of the shake, but I have tried the chocolate Instand Breakfest Sugar Free. I would like to know from the previous response on the EAS Carb Control, where do you buy it?

Syntrax Nectar - a fruity powder that goes down smooth. My favorite is lemon tea.

Have you tried EAS carb control? I like the chocolate fudge. It tastes like really sweet chocolate milk. It has no nasty taset to it. It comes in four packs or by the case. I haven't tried the french vanilla. Good Luck in your search!
