I was approved on Dec. 14th and after 2 or 3 calls to the insurance company and being told a letter was being sent in the first conversation, it finally arrived. The letter was dated Jan. 4th. You may want to contact your insurance company if the letter doesn't appear within a reasonable time.

Hi my surgery is March 3rd, and I am a bit nervous. But I think we have to remember there are risks with any surgery. I am trying to not make myself crazy by reading every post on here, but still am interested in all that is going on lol. I know if I don't have this surgery I might not be able to walk at some point without a knee replacement for both knees. Since I am too young for one right now that could be sometime. I want to be able to "live" my life.

I got my date - March 18th - St Francis - yay!!!!! I'm calling it my Irish Weight Loss program since its close enough to the St Patrick's Day. Feel like I got my lucky 4 leaf shamrock!!!

Exactly. We will be celebrating that 'new birthday' every year from now on. Ohhhhh I will miss that I can't have the cupcake or cake to eat, but you know...I'm over it already. Sugar and sweets were my weakness. Weigh****chers is great. I went to one meeting and never went back lol I have issues!! sister chick

A friend of mine said it right when she said the March 6th will be my new birthday! We can blow out the candles together next year!!! PS She is a weigh****chers "addict" and is now leading meetings and she was thrilled for me, which totally floored me. I guess I should not underestimate a "sister chick."
