Exercising like I wish
Hey everyone, I am celebrating my second week after the surgery and I feel like it never even happened. Well, except for the diet and the increasingly loose clothes. I used to do weight lifting a few years ago and I really love it. I got to a point in which I could benchpress 220 pounds and legpress around 430. I am wondering how long I'll have to wait to be able to get back to doing free weights. I am pumped for doing some cardio and have been running for about 5 days.
Please let me know when it's recommendable to start on pushing myself a little more.
