Good morning everyone I have looked at some of your comments. I had vertical gastorplasticry(however you spell it) about 3years ago. It has helped me wonders. Before I had surgery I weighted 370 pounds and now weight 230 pds. I will admit I have not tried lately to lose any weight I should be down to 175-180 pounds. This is a great procedure and it will be hard just make sure you have great support systems and a good friend to talk to that wont judge you. People think that the weight will continue to fall off it will at first as long as you are not trying to overeat believe you can try all you want but your body will reject it and you will feel horrible. Just increase you excerise and stay away from the high sugar and fat foods.....Good luck if anyone has any questions feel free to hit me up. It's up to you what you make of your surgery. Dont depend on the surgery to fix it all it will help but have to put forth the effort and time to make the change.
