Removing a drainage tube should not be painful. You just feel the sensation of it moving. Hope all goes well. best wishes-Dotti.

Hi, I doesn't feel good, and it will hurt for a minute or two afterward's. The doc usually pulls it out so fast you just feel like a burning sensation. I have to get mine out too and I'm looking forward to getting it out real soon.
