Sick...

I have noticed that I get sick when faced with something big in my life. I am thinking it could be stress or the huge mix of emotions some how kill my immune system. Right now running a fever and severe soar throat, so plan on running to the DR. tomorrow for some antibiotics or anything to make this go away before the big day! Anyone faced with the same problem? If so, what did the doctor say? Anything over the counter? I will try anything to make this go away! Hope everyone stays healthy!!!! Marisol

Right AFTER I was approved I got this horrible flu that was going around, and I was glad... glad I would get it overwith before surgery. Of course at the time I had no idea that I would still feel sick TWO WEEKS later!! Good luck to you.

Girl let me tell you I had this surgrey done feb 13 2008 and it was the best thing I could do for myself. For me it wasn't hard at all. I haven't had any complications at all. Follow doctor orders and you will be ok. Take care of your health today and prepare yourself for your new life

oh that is so GREAT! You had a story book ending... so nice... I am praying for the same results! Did you go in for RNY? Please tell me how it was in the hospital.. what was the worst thing... nausea? I want to be as ready as I can for this! Though I think I am...l am still curious about your experience. By the way it turned out to be Strep Throat but caught just in time so taking penicilin 4X aday. Congrats!!!! and I hope you continue to do great!
