Who All is Having Surgery This Month???

I just found out my insurance approved my surgery (RNY) a couple days ago!!!! I talked to my surgeons office and they said they'd have me on the schedule for surgery in 2-4 weeks! So, I'm hoping for a March date!!!!!! I have re-gained 8 pounds since seeing my surgeon last in September (I've been trying to get insurance approval for 6 months!). Now I have a minimum of 2 weeks to lose the 8 pounds or....I'm not sure what they'll do to me!!! Wish me luck...

If they are like the program I'm in, then if you dont' loose the 8lbs then it's more about what they WON'T do to you. If the morning of surgery you weigh in at ANYTHING less than what they required of you, then it's postponed until you get there again. Best of luc****ep us updated. march 12th. 8 days after my 40th birthday. i start my liquid diet on wed. and have know idea what to do. can anyone give me suggestions. any one on march 12 in TEXAS!!!!

March 7th here!! THIS FRIDAY OMG!!!

March 10th-lap band. Stocking up on all the essentials and enjoying my last full meal of my new life today. Tomorrow begins the liquids and then, we all know what is next! Good luck to all and keep posting after surgery so we know what's in store. Dotti

I am having the BPD/DS on 3/18/08. I am very excited. Anyone else having a BPD/DS this month or from ohio? Would love to find people near me to support and to help support me.

The first day of the rest of my new healthy life will be 3/25 !!!!

My date is march 27 in mexico.

I'm having my sleeve done by Dr. A on March 15th!!!! I'm freaking out a little to be honest.... :-l
