Thanks!!! I am afraid to pinch myself in case I wake up and tis not true... ya know? MY profile gives the long of the short of it....And my goal IS to run a marathon the year I turn 40, I am hoping to be in good enough shape by this summer to start running in smaller 5k's and such.... I am excited about it!! I am looking forward to warmer weather for this to happen and of course.. 3 weeks, 1 day and a wake up to slice and dice!!!!

My date is March 3rd as well and I start my 2 week liquid diet on the 18th too! I'm going this weekend to stock up on broth. Someone told me to get the low salt kind. I'll probably be sick of SF jello and pudding! I've already been walking on the treadmill to build up my strength and get ready for the other side! I'm excited! ~Carolyn
