Hi Steph. I am new to this site and am submitting my information to my insurance company today. My doctor wants me to write a letter also, but I'm not sure what all to include. I have seen other people talking about somewhere on this site finding sample letters, but I can't seem to find them. Any help??? How long did it take you to be approved by your insurance company??

Hey everyone, I too have been approved for March. Not sure of the date though. My hubby is currently deployed and I have to wait on him to return home. He should be home by the middle of March and I will have the surgery as soon as he gets home. I am soooo excited!!!!

Got the call today! My tentative surgery date is set for March 21st. Could have been Feb 12th, but at a different hospital...and since my hubby works at the one (which will forgive the $500 per day co-pay) and not the other, guess I will have to wait for March. Unless of course, something opens before. They say they will call me right away if that happens. But, of course, that is all dependent on the insurance approving me.
It is weird to actually have a date to plan for and not just a 'some day"

just wanted to say congrats to you and everyone else whos gotten their surgery date for March. I had surgery 3/13/06 and it was the best thing I've ever done!! Dont be worried sick, soon enough you'll be on the losers bench with us 06' Marchers dropping pounds like crazy!
I'm 9 months, have lost 112lbs and can't begin to tell you how much this surgery my life is change!

I just got my date of March 1 and I am starting to get nervous! I also think that it just suddenly became real.
