Congrats!! We are going to be surgery sisters!!! Yeah!!! us!!!! Don't be scared. I have never had surgery as well. We will do fine, and dang it, we will BE fine when we get to our goals!!!

Wow! I just got the date for my surgery. I go in on March 29th, my Mom's birthday. I am so nervous and excited. I've wanted this for 4 years and I finally made the first step in November and I'm already approved and scheduled!! Hi, Becka. I don't know where the sample letters are, I believe some people have them posted on their profiles. Your best bet would be to ask on the main message board, I know they will be able to help you. I have Medicare and they do not have a preapproval for surgery, you just have to go to a Center Of Excellence hospital. There are none here in Kansas so I have to go 278 miles to Norman, Oklahoma.
