I could not drink the shakes as meal replacements. I went to GNC here in Chicago, and found ISOPURE LIQUID PROTEIN, the fruit punch tastes the best. I am so happy I found this drink, and it goes down o.k. MY surgery is March 28....I am so excited just wanted to share that with everyone! GOOD LUCK TO ALL MARCH SURGERY PEOPLE!

Hi Bridget. I have my surgery scheduled for March 20th also. I have already messaged Sherry (who has the same date too). I am hoping to build a group of friends with the same surgery date that I have so that we can keep in touch and follow each others progress. Interested? I hope so. Jenifer

Hi Ed, Have not had it yet. I am scheduled for March 15th. I have been investigating and doing research for more than 2 years now. I got serious about it last summer and got approved (insurance co), last week. My insurance co basically forced me to have all of my pre-op testing before approval, so I was well down the path before I got a surgery date. I also ended up with a lot of time to try things and meet with the Nutrionalist. Don't be shy about asking questions. This is a big step and you need as much information as you can digest (pun intended). Best of luck, Dave
