I swear by ISOPURE LIQUID PROTEIN drink. GNC sells it and it tastes just like cherry flavored kool-aid. Get the fruit puch it's called. I could'nt drink the thick shales they were like drinking chalk. I'm gonna add you as my friend..All the best to you! Let me know if you find anything better....Kathy

Ed, GNC has ISOPURE pure liquid protein tastes like cherry kool-aid. I cannot stomach the shakes, just too thick and yecchhy. Try the isopure I am sure you will like it. The best flavor is the fruit punch. Let me know what you think Ed. Kathy

Hi Ed

I'm having my surgery on March 9th and the only protein drink I've tried so far is ISO PURE, I got a sample box of it at GNC there were 5 or so different types in the box. I tried the dutch chocolate and it was Super! It had No after taste and it was really smooth and good. It's pricey though... but I figure if it tastes good It won't get wasted and it has 10 gr of protein per drink . Patricia B.

Congrats Jen, My name is Kathy, add me as your friend. My date is march 26th. I am so nervous and have been seeing a panel of doctors for one year. I am numb thinking about this surgery! Can't believe it is almost here! Congrats, let me know how you are doing. I am drinking liquid protein, I cannot drink the shakes. Kathy
