Tricare is a special place. Personaly I believe they hire bad employies on purpose.

Awww I know but the main board gave me an Angel wayyy downin San Diego and she's a sweetie too! I am soo happy for you and how the process went along. I remember my old Tricare days from my ex husband being in the Navy. We had Tricare plus or Tricare Prime. Congratulations!!

That makes me so sad I cant believe that anyone on this site would feel that they have the right to blow you off or be rude to you. We are all in the same boat here and no one should be judging anyone else Im torn on the Angel thing but Im sure that it would be a good idea. Im just affraid because I realy dont have many friends here so it might be a waste of that persons time. Shock dosent even begin to explain what Im feeling. I am in awe of Dr Vierras office. They were committed to me getting approved and did everything possible to get it done. They spent countless hours on the phone with Tricare and scheduled me tons of appointments. When my appointments were taking to long, they would call the other doctors office and get my appointments moved up. In my mind they are a super group of people.
