Hi Barbara - I keep thinking of things to make my life a little easier after the surgery and making my list as well. Where are you getting your surgery done and which one are you getting??? Are you going to Dr. Ortiz??? I can't wait, getting nervous, but mostly because I am leaving 2 babies at home with my hubby to handle all on his own, that will be a treat for him. Maybe we could talk some via email and share information. I have so much to say I can't type it all!

I'm so happy for you! I hope to be home from the hospital on the 16th. My surgeon said 2-3 days and my RNY is on the 13th. I still don't really believe it's going to happen! Silly huh? I guess I've waited so long. Sue

well....... i had surgery on a monday, got home wednesday and um........ Saturday?? just be cautious, wait til you're ready and let him do all the work!! ps - I had RNY, laproscopic and came home with steri strips on my inscisions no staples or stitches!
