I'm now 7 months out this past week. I've had HUGE success, and wanted to get the word out: Highest weight: 350 DOS: 322 (3-13-07) Today: 199 My goal: 205 Total lost: 151 lbs !! From the statistics I had only expected to lose 80% of my obesity, and I'm now livin' NOT SO LARGE in the normal weight range. There are so many here who have been my inspiration and before and throught this process. I understand each of our journies is different. --Dave

Awesome Dave!!! I am still a way from my goals. I started out much bigger than you. I am hoping to lose more than 80% too! But I will be happy with anything close to 200. (considering I was over 440lbs at my highest) You must shake your head sometimes in amazement at how far you have come. You should be the new poster boy for WLS. Congrats!!! Christina :clap

From your profile, I can see that you've lost over 150 lbs. That's not bad at all! My doctor's office though I was a poster child too, and had me do a photo shoot for billboards, ads, and part of a commercial. It was pretty cool!

You're doing great, and it shows in the pictures! Your posts on your workout routine help me realize I need to bump things up a notch where exercise is concerned! --Dave

Thanks. I just keep having a little nagging feeling down deep . . . I need to control my eating!!!! But I do exercise and I recently increased the speed of my running, but not the distance. I don't think I will go over 3 miles. My sister wants me to run with her, but she is a marathon runner. YIKES! Running 12 miles for fun? I don't know about that. But maybe someday.
