Down 86 pounds Since March
Alot of people do not recognize me anymore. I went from a size 24 jeans to a 13/14. I feel great, life is good! Still struggling with the portion control aspect. I still pile food on my plate, like i am really gonna eat it all LOL, I end up taking a few bites and I am done. For some reason I still feel like I am really big in my mind. Still struggling to get all my protein in and taking biotin vitamins, because I am scared my hair will fall out, other than that I am doing very well! I hope everyone is doing o.k. too.

So happy for you and how far you've come! I've had people tell me that I look like I could be my own YOUNGER brother. I too find that my mind sometimes wants to pile up the plate with food. Then after eating only a portion of my food I'm full or sick. I continue to lose weight, almost to the point where I wonder if I'm losing too much. I'm trying to focus more on regular exercise, and getting life-long exercise routines established. Not too easy for a former couch potato!

Congrats on your weight loss. Doesn't it feel great! I am down 83 lbs since March 15th. I am still struggling with getting in my protein and remembering to take my vitamins every day. But so far not so bad. I still want all the horrible food I used to eat...but I don't eat it. I've tried bites and it just doesn't taste good anymore. I mostly eat alot of 2% reduced fat cheese, lunch meats and turkey bacon...yummy! My hair is starting to fall out quite alarmingly...but it doesn't look like it's thinning...just lots of hair in my brush. Small price to pay I think. Everyone keep up the good work!
