Can we have a roll call. I feel like a slow loser
Hi everyone!!! Its so good to see your results. I feel slow too!! I have the same experience loose for a week then nothing. And sometimes I gain a lbs or two. GRRR!!!! I increased my protein this week as I had started to get bad about it and still nothing! My total loss is: 56 lbs. Ugh. My goal was to lose 60 at three months and my three month is Saturday. 4lbs to go and we'll see. I know if I would have kept up on my exercise that I would be there with no problems. I'm going to start again on the next pay day!
Rita
Hi Rita well did you loose another pound or 2 by Saturday guess what you will be there don't put so much stress on your self and u will see it will just fall off and I am not so down on the pounds but the clothes size's we are going down some times I think about the inches I have gone down and just in 14 short weeks of my life! Don't be so hard on you self how often did you ever loose what you have already lost in this short of time (ME NEVER ) I had lost before but never this fast and not forever I know this time it is forever!!!!!! bye for now and keep your head up high and keep smiling God loves us and has given us a new life, love it! bye for now Shirley
I don't know about you, but 56 pounds to lost is alot, and you should give yourself credit for what you've lost, and focus on how far you've come vs. how much is just this week. I've also focused alot on enjoying activities I didn't enjoy before my surgery!!! I've also enjoyed wearing sizes of clothes I wouldn't have thought possible just a year ago.
I just passed the 100 pounds lost since my highest weight ever, and am so excited. Jodell, my wife who also had surgery in March has lost between 50-60 lbs. We are quickly becoming slim-jims. About 27 lbs of the 102 lbs lost was pre-surgery, but I like to count from the beginning of this weight loss journey.
