Hi Rita, Becky here 240/217/136 Don't know my inches.. I think I will try this weekend to measure. My struggles are : Not being happy with the weight loss so far and weighing WAAAY too much. I even weigh when I get home from work after eating and drinking all day and then I freak out! It's insane but I have done it all my life. I am also struggling with taking my prescription iron because of the side effect. What I'm proud of: I learn this week how to get in about 100 to 110 oz of water a day and i"m working to bump up my protein to about 90. I am also walking just over a mile a day almost every day. Focus: to walk more and put the scale away Peace, Becky

I was wondering the same thing. I responded to a post several days ago and there had only been 1 post since then. I had surgery 3/21/07. 243/204/130 not sure how many inches lost Struggles: not hungry at all most of the time, nothing tastes good except sashimi, and filet mignon; I have been stalled for the last three days!!!! What I am proud of: I exercise for at least an hour everyday - most days and hour and a half; I can walk 5 miles at a time on a n incline at 4mph without any problem; I am almost into a size 14 from a 22/20. Focus for next week: diiversifying ym workout Happy Mother's Day, Robin

Robin! Do tell us what you are eating.. or is it the extra exercise that has those extra pounds gone from you? You are doing an awesome job! I lost this entire week with some constipation and new meds that were keeping my weight up. I really wanted my normal 2 1/2 pounds this week and got nothing! At only 6 weeks, it's horribly disheartening. Becky H 240/217/136

Give yourself a break! I think you're weight loss is AWESOME. My wife Jodell had her surgery on 3-27, and she was frustrated with her weight loss. I am just a couple weeks further out than you, but I have to admit I've had those frustrating weeks where you don't lose anything. I had to take a break from the scale, and just focus on doing what was healthy. I think another trick is to avoid comparing yourself to other's losses, as everyone's experiences are different because their bodies are different. --Dave

Hi my surgery was on 3/29 242/218/150. Struggles: I miss popcorn!! I'm Okay with: getting all my protein in and I drink right at 64 oz. a day of water. I am really trying to start an excercise program but I am not quit there yet. Has anyone gotten noticed yet on their weightloss by someone who doesn't know about the surgery? Robin and Becky, It is great that you both work out so much. What is sashimi?

Lori Here: 235/200/130 -- don't know inches. Struggles: eating too fast and snacking! The 100 calorie packs are getting me into trouble with snacking. And of course exercising -- need to do more. What I'm proud of: my size portions at meal time and getting in my protein. Focus: Only eat my 3 meals, get my fluids in and put my spoon down! And exercise more! --Lori

Hi it's Janie from Tennessee, My surgery was March 19 here in Nashville. 304/271.5/160 I too am a little frustrated with how slowly I'm losing but I have noticed this week that my calories have been between 600-700 per day and I've been losing better. I try to get in 80 to 100 gms of protein/day. I've lost about 6 lbs this week. Next week I may not lose anything. The weight loss is so unpredictable! Struggles: Not snacking and getting my fluids in. Needing to be more consistent with my exercise.....just plain ol' exercising more This week my focus will be on exercising 3 days/week and try to up my fluids to 100 oz. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Janie
