I have trouble with liquids because I am so dehydrated that i drink way too fast!! And since I am trying to get my protein in I don't have as much time to drink. You can't drink 20 minutes before, you can't drink 60 minutes after, blah, blah, blah.... all i know is it is adding up to not drinking much in a day.
If you find a solution please let me know.

breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with pico de gallo mixed in
snack will be: dry roasted edamame
lunch will be: Pria low carb carmel nut bar with more roasted edamame
dinner will be: I think a 1/2 a baked chicken thigh and 2 oz of cooked spinach
night snack: 1/4 of a sugar free mochachino pudding
