i hate to wait

how long did it take your insurance to approve the surgery.... i can't wait it is killing me! the doctors office said it was going to be a fast process but whaen i think fast i think days but it has been 2 weeks now.

Mine took 3 days, I would call the insurance company myself and ask what is status. Mo

6 hours (BCBS + COE = rubber stamp approval, from what i hear)

I sent in my paperwork just before Christmas 2005, and I got my approval a day or two after New Years 2006. Kaiser does a full review of your medical record and the application, so it took a week or so but much quicker than I thought it would take. Sherry
