I did NOT have a good eating day today :P It's my birthday, so my hubby made me blueberry waffles this morning (not what I would have picked for myself, but he went through SO much trouble...) Breakfast: 1/4 blueberry waffle, no syrup or sugar (yeah awful carbs I know). Snack: string cheese Lunch: Mexican (1/2 a tamale and 2 bites of taco) Snack: 2 slices pastrami Dinner: Dunno yet. It's been a bad day for carbs, but I've done really well with my water today (yaay for bottles). Just have to get on the wagon again tommorrow.

I must be slow at this eating thing. I am so afraid to dump or throw up. I ate 3 tablespoons of cream of chicken, 1/4 cup of refried beans for lunch, same for dinner, they had some salsa and a pinch of cheese on it. I have had not protien drink today I just could not get it down. I had a SF popcicle sorry can't spell. I drank 50 oz. of water. I feel sick all the time to my stomach. does anyone else do this. I had to stop taking my Iron too b/c it was making me to sick. Feel free to write me. Britt

Hey Britt, There are still days where I don't feel like eating anything! I could never do the protein shakes either they tasted terrible! I told my doctor this and he said that was it was ok that it is actually better to get your protein from food anyways! I think the easiest things for me were cottage cheese, string cheese and yougurt! I would definately talk to your dr because there are medications he can prescribe for nausea so you won't feel sick to your stomach because it is important especially since you can't tolerate the protein shakes to be eating enough everyday! well good luck and keep me posted! 1/2 an ISOPURE chocolate shake (tried to eat the other 1/2 an hour later and blah! it came up) water (3x 16.9oz bottles) 1 EAS advantedge carb control cafe carmel shake gosh, no wonder I am so tired!
