WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY?
Hmmmm. Now Let me see. I could just salivate over the wonderful things that I had today. (NOT)
PRE-BREAKFAST- A bottle of water
BREAKFAST - 8 oz. skim milk w/ protein shake
SNACK - water and then a while later 2 s/f pops
LUNCH - (same as breakfast)
SNACK - Water and a little while later some s/f pudding
Lots of water this afternoon.
DINNER - (same as Breakfast & Lunch)
It's not easy and it better help!

Well, I started my day with 3 tablespoons of Southwestern egg beaters with .5 oz reduced fat cheese. Then I had my protein shooter. For lunch I had carb control yogurt with 1 oz. of peaches in it. Then for a snack I had .5 oz of almonds and a string cheese. For dinner I had 1 oz of crabcake and 1 oz of yellow squash. For a total of 500 calories, 19g of fat, 15g of carb, and 69g of protein. This was a little more fat than usual, but that was because of the almonds. I also have had about 75 oz. of water. It was a great day!

Well I started the day with some egg beaters and cheese! Yummy! Had a string cheese for a snack. Lunch was 6 crackers with some tuna fish. Dinner was a lil bit of spaghetti with 90% fat free ground beef. And because today is my birthday and I couldn't have any cake I had a dole 100% fruit bar! I also had about 64 oz of water and one 8 oz glass of special request skim plus chocolate milk! Not what I am used to eating but I am trying!!!

Hi. Well, I had two ounces of 1% cottage cheese for breakfas****er, 2 peanut butter cracker sandwiches for a nibble, and a tiny part of a mexican dish my husband had for lunch (moist bits of chicken cut up and well-chewed with melted cheese, cream cheese and salsa). It's called the Poco Pollo Magnifico and it was delicious! This afternoon I'll probably go light with jus****er and a cheese stick or something for dinner.
