biotin...

Hi I had my gastric bypass March 13th , I was wondering does anybody have a more palitiable way of taking there biotin I open the capusle and pure it in my opi-fast thanks Debbie

Hi, I already responded to you but I guess it got lost in la la land ;-(. I use this biotin http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=KA-1049 and have found it to be very easy to suck on. Very little taste, a little like a lemon drop without the sour part. There is no aftertaste which is great. Hope it works for you, Naomi
