I'm back and need help
After not being able to get on I am back. I am stalled and need a kick start. I find myself, feeling sorry for myself and then eating thinking well I desire this. I have tried to state that I desire to be healthy more, or just get over it and do something else. But some times it doesn't work. I have gone from 292 to 220 and want to go to to 150 to 160. Suggestions>
I'm a little confused Valerie, are you planning to get RNY or some other surgery this month? While we'd love to help, we're all new or upcoming surgeries and don't have a lot of advice to offer the longer term postops yet.
