Hi there! I am a Marcher as well only from 2004! Just wanted you to know that I think of you, I truly do. I know the fear/excitment/ calmness and general full of FEELINGS you are going thru! I am a walking testimony to the normalness of life that this surgery can give you! Follow all your rules, start making YOUR helath a priority, get in all your liquids, take your vitamins, walk and breathe deeply. Keep something that is your largest clothing size, try it on when you feel like it is too slow or not enough, treasure the things you can do as you get smaller, BUT take care of your emotions! It is possible to gain weight I know that you don't want to read that, deal with the WHY of your obesity, I am an emotional eater and this year put me to the test, I gained 12 pounds, not bad and I know how to take it off but it is my reality! My surgery made my stomach smaller it didn't heal my wacky thought processes, nor my emotional distress which leads me to stand in front of the fridge yaknow?? YOU CAN DO IT! I KNOW YOU CAN!!! hugs! Nic 291/161 (lowest not a pretty site too small) current 184 size 28/size 6 - 8 (smallest)/current 12-14
