epilepsy meds post surgery

I am to have surgery 3/20/07 and am an epileptic who takes 4 different meds to control my seizures. I have been seizure free for 4 years. The Dr.'s seem unconcerned but I know how difficult it is to get just the right combination of meds not to mention how 13 pills are going to fit into my new pouch. I know that they will break open capsule and crush capsules but even my neurologist is concerned as to how I will maintain the proper levels. I would love to hear from another epileptic or person with chronic medical problem, requiring daily meds, that isn't going to go away after weight loss.
