Anyone else getting nervous?

WOW!!!!!!!! I just posted on the texas board about this VERY thing...I didn't realize they had a March 2007 board!!! My date is March 23 and I am SOOOO nervous. The first couple of days just like most of you..I was SOOO excited. Then the past couple of days as I lay with my five year old son at night to put him to bed...all of these what ifs keep rolling in my head!! Tonight I put my hands around his little face and told him that I didn't ever want him to forget how special he is to me and how I will always love him forever. Ahhhhh!!!!!!!!! I am so glad this is NORMAL!!!!!!!! In church this morning the sermon was on "God has not given you a spirit of fear..." Very appropriate! I need to get a tape of that and just replay it every day until the surgery! I still have a while to go before my surgery but I know it will be here before I know it. I'm excited about this board and will be praying for everyone this week that is going t through the surgery!!!! Blessings to you all! Rita

I am so glad I am not alone!!! I have been trying not to think about the negatives, the last few days. I don't want to be nervous, so I try to focus on all of the positives that will be coming my way on the other side of this surgery. I can't wait until the day after my surgery, when i won't have as many fears, then I will just deal with what ever comes my way. Hopefully everything will go smooth and I will just be working on healing. Thanks for the support Christina

Yes I am!! Seen my surgeon this afternoon. Tomorrow I do the blood work and other things they do to ya! Next Wed. can't get her fast enough!!! Good luck!!!
