I am going in for my post op appt tomorrow. Then on Thursday I am going for my EKG and XRAY. Have you done those yet? My surgery date is sch for the 1st so, I know how nervous you are. I am also really nervous. I hope everything goes well. Tammy

Hi Tammy, how'd post op go? I was hospitalized in January with chest pain, so they were able to use all my tests such as xrays and ekg from that date! I had my post op last Thursday, whi*****luded my blood work and hospital pre admission paper work! I'm psyched! My coworker, who is also a good friend of mine is having surgery on the same day that I am. She is a bundle of nerves! We work in a hospital up here in Connecticut and the lap band procedure is now becoming very popular. Your going to be just fine! Please let me know how you are! Tara

My appt went great today. It still hasn't hit me that my surgery is so close. I think after I do my labs and Xray this Thursday and my Dr. gives me the final go ahead I will begin to get nervous. I am frustrated now because I am still awaiting the status of my short term disability. The insurance company says that they will only take 31 days and that has been since Dec. They are making me so mad. You got lucky with being able to hit all your procedures at one time. At least those are taken care of. Well it has been great talking to you. I haven't quite figured out the website. I don't know how to tell when someone has responded to a post that I have written. The only thing I did was remember your name and come back to it and view if I received a response. I don't get any notification that I have been responded to. Is that how it normally works?
