So sorry I haven't come to this forum more often, I still have lots to go, but the inches are flying off. I have about 5-10 more pounds to lose until I will be approved for knee replacements. What do you think of the new Avatar?

A horse never runs so fast as when he has other horses to catch up and outpace.... Ovid Ok, some of us MARCHers not yet at goal...we have some MARCHer horses we need to catch up with and ok...maybe outpace! Sorry you lucky MARCHers at goal...but we need to get some horses in the race with you and I know you won't mind!!!! We are coming up on 2 years...I know some of us are disappointed we are not at goal and perhaps some of us are gaining a little back and worried, some of us are having trouble maintaining our goal weights...but now is the time to get on the horse and even though we will never finish the race (we are works in perpetual progress) lets get to the finish line. Even horses who are great runners, complete and win the race, still have things to accomplish...they reproduce other winners! In our case we will maintain ourselves as winners (although some of us are reproducing - Mama of 3 moving on to 4 in Philly!!!) So ride your horse hard today...do what it takes to be a winner. DRINK water, EAT protein, TAKE your vitamins, and EXERCISE your hoofs! Hugs to all, Barbara

Barbara, Let's not get mad let's get even. We will all win this battle. In many ways we already have. WE are in such better shape then we were 2 years ago. We are more confident, most of us are healthier. Most of us are happier, I know I am. As has been said, all journeys begin with one step.
