Embarassed to say but I got like 2.5 miles in. I don't have a pedometer so cannot track each step I take. I did make the effort Monday and Tuesday to go walking at lunch and did the 2.5 miles for both days. Then my knee went bum, so no extra walking the rest of the week. Come Saturday it is much better and I was back out there today for a walk for a mile this week.
I do lots of walking all day long, up and down stairs, down halls, around here and there, sorry I cant give more of a total, have no idea.
But I'll give my 2.5 for last week. Just go on without me! Hope the snow's not here by time I catch up with you all. LOL

Topic: RE: 8 most fattening foods of fall - part 1
I don't drink coffee drinks but I love other pumpkin stuff. Duncan Donuts has a Pumpkin muffin that is fabulous. I haven't checked out the calorie/fat/sugar content but I am sure it is one of those foods I will need to avoid. I will plan on making my own pumpkin muffins. Its super easy and oh so yummy.
1/2 c. water; 1 box spice cake mix, 1 can pumpkin solid pack. Mix well, fill mini muffin pan - sprayed with Pam, bake at 350 for about 12-15 minutes. They are delicious and really good with a squirt or fat-free rediwhip! They allow me to get my pumpkin fix without all the calories, sugar and fat. MMMMM.

Way to go! The first time is always the hardest. I haven't been working out since my LBL in Aug. I really need to get my butt back to walking and the gym. All too often I allow myself to get busy at work and don't take a lunch break and by the time I get home I am either too tired or running out the door for other activities and don't have time to exercise. You are inspiring me to get moving too!
Hugs, Robin

This is my plan for the day. I have a support meeting tonight, so it should go as intended.

I have 18.5 miles....thank goodness for my pedometer, 'cause it even helps log steps up and down off the couch and back and forth to the bathroom!!! hahaha
Looks like everyone has really great totals for our first week. Great job everyone!!!

Stephanie,
Your Turducken story sounds a little like the little old lady that "swallowed a fly". Now I really may be dating myself. I hope you have heard of the song?
I'm glad to hear your plastic surgery is just around the corner. I think it will make an improvement in you physically as well affect your self confidence. Please let us know.
Have a great day. Rick
